Greetings from Germany!
It’s wonderful here! In an hour or so I am going sledding! I’ve never been sledding before since I live in such a warm climate and I am very excited. Then later we are going to downtown Heidelberg. We went one night before and just walked through. It was GORGEOUS. The outside of the shops are so cute and there are lights and snow everywhere. Europe is just so aesthetically pleasing....

I'm pretty stressed right now.
Typically this time of the year is all sunshine and butterflies for me, but right now it’s very grim. After being sick for so long (I STILL have a fever) I have make up work to complete. And I’m up for some scholarships for UNT, which is great, but it requires a resume, two letters of recommendation, and two essays! It’s like applying to college! And the deadline is January...

Things change. Everything evolves. I see myself in the young girls I know at school. I once stood at that same threshold. Some of them may follow the path that I wanted so much to take. But everything changes. I’m curious to see the ways they are twisted and sculpted and turned around. I set out on a route without considering who I would meet along the way or what the conditions would be...
