luckily, me and my best friends all went on kairos together this year and that really helped us accept god not only for ourselves but in each other, so i know they at least understand my stance on religion and such. but my family and other friends are a much more casual, it’s-a-hobby-not-a-lifestyle kind of christians. to deal with it, i just try to live MY life for god and show them in my actions how much it means to me, and show them its okay to open up as well. just my method!

Your method sounds perfect! That’s basically the conclusion I’ve been coming to. I need to live for God and let Him work in my life and hopefully they will see that.
